Can graffiti be removed from filmed or coated commercial glazing?
It depends on the exposed treatment and its condition. Commercial glazing may have security film, tint or specialist coatings with different care requirements. A product or tool suitable for bare glass may damage an applied layer.
Check specifications and manufacturer guidance before treatment. A discreet trial can indicate response but does not guarantee that every pane or film is in the same condition. If the finish cannot be identified, further advice may be appropriate before wider work is agreed.
Graffiti cleaning does not include stripping decorative films or repairing a coating that has already lifted, scratched or deteriorated. Protect nearby frames and seals and control access around the work.
