If the project needs both indoor and outdoor work, specify them separately and arrange an appropriate provider for the interior requirement. Exterior cleaning also does not include structural repairs or a promise that every renovation mark can be removed.
For an exterior quote, share the premises location, photographs, the outside areas affected and any known finish information. Identify new and retained materials, recently applied products and activities continuing nearby. That provides a clear basis for a site-specific cleaning scope without confusing it with internal renovation work.
